Kei Fung Holdings (02603) announced that the company recently received a "Notice" from its controlling shareholder and actual controller Ms. Zhuang Hao, and her acting in concert party Mr. Zhuang Shu, and Tibet Yongyueshi Super Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. The Notice stated that from December 24, 2025 to December 25, 2025, Tibet Yongyueshi Super Enterprise Management Co., Ltd., as an acting in concert party, will reduce its holdings by 4.4032 million shares of the company through centralized competitive trading, accounting for 0.98% of the total share capital of the company of 450.4 million shares, and 1.00% of the total share capital of the company of 440.3 million shares after deducting the repurchased shares. The remaining shares intended to be reduced by the controlling shareholder, Ms. Zhuang Hao, and her acting in concert party will be conducted through block trading.
