The Kai Tak Hotel is a well-known hotel property located on Avenida Da Amizade in the NAPE district of Macau, situated in the core and high-traffic entertainment and hotel area of the Macau Peninsula. The total construction area of the Kai Tak Hotel is approximately 86,438 square meters, covering hotel rooms, dining facilities, retail, and the Macau Kai Tak Casino property. The acquisition was completed on December 17, 2025. Following the completion, the target group companies have become wholly-owned subsidiaries of Aomen Integrated.
