KTK Group Co., Ltd. (603680.SH) subsidiary Jichuang Aerospace plans to indirectly invest in Shanghai Gesi.

KTK Group Co., Ltd. (603680.SH) announced that its fully-owned subsidiary, Changzhou Jinchuang Aerospace Industry Investment Co., Ltd. ("Jinchuang Aerospace"), has jointly invested with Western Investment (Xi'an) Co., Ltd., Shanghai Pianxuan Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd., and others to establish Jiaxing Pianxuan Gexing Venture Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) ("Pianxuan Gexing"). It is proposed that Pianxuan Gexing will invest in Shanghai GeSi Information Technology Co., Ltd. through capital increase. Pianxuan Gexing has a registered capital of 65.5 million yuan, with Jinchuang Aerospace contributing 20 million yuan as a limited partner, accounting for 30.53% of the total investment amount of the partnership.
