Among them, the total assets of banking institutions were 47.431 trillion yuan, an increase of 7.9% year-on-year; the total assets of securities institutions were 1.705 trillion yuan, an increase of 16.5% year-on-year; the total assets of insurance institutions were 4.04 trillion yuan, an increase of 15.4% year-on-year.
The liabilities of financial institutions were 48.585 trillion yuan, an increase of 8.8% year-on-year. Among them, the liabilities of banking institutions were 43.595 trillion yuan, an increase of 8% year-on-year; the liabilities of securities institutions were 1.325 trillion yuan, an increase of 19.2% year-on-year; the liabilities of insurance institutions were 3.665 trillion yuan, an increase of 15.3% year-on-year.
