(hereinafter referred to as "Suzhou Hi-Tech") plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares in a centralized auction manner within three months from the first trading day after three trading days from the disclosure date of this announcement, not exceeding 1.4788 million shares (not exceeding 0.8% of the total share capital excluding shares held in the company's repurchase account).
