Hainan Airport Infrastructure (600515.SH) subsidiary intends to transfer 90% equity of Sanya Airspace Infrastructure Construction Co., Ltd. for 500 million yuan.
Hainan Airport (600515.SH) announced that, according to the company's overall strategic planning, in order to further focus on the airport's main business and optimize its asset structure, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Hai'an Construction, intends to transfer 90% of its equity in Sanya Aeronautical Infrastructure Construction Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Sanya Aeronautical") to the Provincial Airport Investment for approximately 500 million yuan. After this equity transfer is completed, Hai'an Construction will hold 10% of the equity in Sanya Aeronautical, and Sanya Aeronautical will no longer be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.

(hereinafter referred to as "Sanya Airlift") it holds to Provincial Airport Investment for approximately 500 million yuan. After this equity transfer is completed, Hainan Construction will hold 10% equity of Sanya Airlift, and Sanya Airlift will no longer be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
