Jinke Environment (688466.SH) announced that the company's Xidong industrial wastewater treatment project could not ensure continuous operation and investment returns for three consecutive months due to the sewage treatment fees charged by the company to the park's polluting enterprises. This triggered the repurchase agreement clause in the "Xidong Industrial Wastewater Treatment Project Franchise Agreement" signed by all parties in 2023. Recently, the parties signed the "Termination Agreement of Xidong Industrial Wastewater Treatment Project Franchise Operation", with the termination date of the franchise operation rights set for March 31, 2025. The agreement stipulates that the Wuxi Yunlong Park Development Co., Ltd. designated by the management committee of Xishan Economic and Technological Development Zone will fulfill the repurchase obligation. The parties will separately sign the "Xidong Industrial Wastewater Treatment Project Repurchase Agreement".
