Guangdong Construction Engineering Group (002060.SZ) signed an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contract for the design and construction of the second phase of the Zhongshan Digital Hub project in Guangdong Province.

Guangdong Construction Group (002060.SZ) announced that recently, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Guangdong Provincial Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Guangdong Construction Group") and Guangdong Provincial Architectural Design Institute Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Architectural Design Institute") formed a consortium (with Guangdong Construction Group as the leading party and Architectural Design Institute as a member) with Guangdong Jianke Innovation Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Jianke Innovation Research Institute") in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, to sign a contract for the design and construction general contracting (EPC) of the "YuejiankeZhongshan Digital Smart Project Phase II" with a contract value of 416 million yuan.
