Guangdong Construction Group (002060.SZ) announced that recently, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Guangdong Provincial Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Guangdong Construction Group") and Guangdong Provincial Architectural Design Institute Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Architectural Design Institute") formed a consortium (with Guangdong Construction Group as the leading party and Architectural Design Institute as a member) with Guangdong Jianke Innovation Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Jianke Innovation Research Institute") in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, to sign a contract for the design and construction general contracting (EPC) of the "YuejiankeZhongshan Digital Smart Project Phase II" with a contract value of 416 million yuan.

The company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Guangdong Provincial Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd (referred to as "Guangdong Construction Engineering Group"), and Guangdong Provincial Academy of Building Research Group Innovation Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd (referred to as "Building Science and Technology Innovation Research Institute"), formed a consortium (with Guangdong Construction Engineering Group as the organizer and Building Science and Technology Design Institute as the member) and signed a "Yuejianke Zhongshan Digital Smart Hub Project Zone Two EPC Contract" in Guangzhou, Guangdong province. The contract amount is 416 million yuan.

Jiangsu Chengxing Phosph-Chemicals (600078.SH): The Jiangyin factory will officially cease production fully starting from January 24, 2026.

Shareholder Park Huahui of Hicon Network Technology (301262.SZ) plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 3.60%.
