(referred to as "New Asia Department Store") recently conducted a self-inspection on its tax-related business according to the risk prompts from the tax authorities. As of now, after the company's self-inspection, it has been found that New Asia Department Store, the subsidiary of the company, needs to pay approximately 73.92 million yuan in back taxes and late fees, including 48.4145 million yuan in taxes and 25.5059 million yuan in late fees.
Nanjing Central Emporium(Group)Stocks(600280.SH) announced that its holding subsidiary, Jiangsu Central New Asia Department Store Co., Ltd. (referred to as "New Asia Department Store"), recently conducted a self-assessment of its tax-related business in response to a risk alert from the tax department. As of now, based on the self-assessment conducted by the company, the holding subsidiary New Asia Department Store needs to pay approximately 73.92 million yuan in taxes and late fees, including about 48.4145 million yuan in taxes and 25.5059 million yuan in late fees.
In accordance with the relevant provisions of "Enterprise Accounting Standard No. 28 - Accounting Policies, Changes in Accounting Estimates, and Error Corrections," the above-mentioned payment of taxes does not constitute a prior period accounting error and does not involve retrospective adjustment of prior financial data. The payment of the above-mentioned taxes by New Asia Department Store will be included in the company's 2025 current profit and loss, and is expected to affect the net profit attributable to the shareholders of the listed company by approximately 61.3294 million yuan in 2025.
