Haikexinyuan (301292.SZ) announced that the company has signed a "Strategic Cooperation and Raw Material Supply Agreement" with Hunan Fanlight New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Fanlight") on December 24, 2025. The agreement stipulates that during the validity period of this agreement [from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2028], Fanlight will purchase 270,000 tons of electrolyte solvents and additives from Haikexinyuan. The actual purchase quantity of the products shall be based on the orders confirmed by both parties.
