PARTIAL EXERCISE OF EXCESS RIGHTS ISSUE BY QUANTGROUP(02685), STABILIZATION ACTION AND END OF STABILIZATION PERIOD

QUANTGROUP (02685) announced that the overall coordinator has partially exercised the oversubscription rights as stated in the prospectus on December 24, 2025 (Wednesday), involving a total of 1.75 million shares, accounting for approximately 13.11% of the preliminary total number of shares available for subscription under the global offering before the oversubscription rights were exercised. The oversubscribed shares will be issued and distributed by the company at a price of HK$9.80 per share. The oversubscribed shares will be used to repay Mars Legend Limited for the 1.75 million shares borrowed under the stock borrowing agreement to supplement the oversubscription allocation under the international offering. In accordance with Rule 9(2) of the Securities and Futures (Stabilizing Price) Rules of Chapter 571W of the Hong Kong laws, the company announced that the stabilizing price period for the global offering ended on December 24, 2025 (Wednesday), which is the 30th day after the deadline for submitting the Hong Kong public offering application.
