PARTIAL EXERCISE OF EXCESS RIGHTS ISSUE BY QUANTGROUP(02685), STABILIZATION ACTION AND END OF STABILIZATION PERIOD
Quantitative Fund (02685) announced that the overall coordinator has partially exercised the oversubscription rights as stated in the prospectus on December 24, 2025 (Wednesday). This involves a total of 1.75 million shares, representing approximately 13.11% of the total preliminary offering shares available for subscription before the exercise of oversubscription rights. The oversubscribed shares will be issued and distributed by the company at a price of HKD 9.80 per share. The oversubscribed shares will be used to facilitate the return to Mars Legend Limited of 1.75 million shares borrowed under the stock borrowing agreement to supplement the 175 million shares allocated under the international offering.

In accordance with Rule 9(2) of the Securities and Futures (Stabilizing Price) Rules of Chapter 571W of the Hong Kong laws, the company announced that the stabilizing price period for the global offering ended on December 24, 2025 (Wednesday), which is the 30th day after the deadline for submitting the Hong Kong public offering application.
