HXTL(01085): Approval obtained for the integration of the 200MW/400MWh independent energy storage project into the Hainan power grid.

HXTL (01085) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, ZY Energy Storage (Chengmai) Co., Ltd. (ZY Energy Storage), recently received a reply from Hainan Power Grid Co., Ltd. (Hainan Power Grid) regarding the "Reply on the Access System Scheme of ZY 200MW/400MWh Independent Energy Storage Project" (Hainan Power Grid Letter [2025] No.248) (the Reply). Hainan Power Grid has tentatively agreed to the project's access to the Hainan Power Grid and has provided specific feedback on the access system scheme. The project is the ZY 200MW/400MWh Independent Energy Storage Project (the Project), located in Chengmai County, Hainan Province, with a construction scale of 200 megawatts/400 megawatt-hours. The project will primarily be used to provide peak shaving, frequency regulation, and other grid ancillary services. According to the Reply, Hainan Power Grid has agreed for the project to connect to the Yulou Substation through a 220 kV transmission line, with a new line length of approximately 5 kilometers. The specific outlet interval on the Yulou side has been designated, and a spare outlet interval will be reserved on the energy storage plant side. The Reply also includes technical requirements and a schematic diagram of the system connection. The Board of Directors believes that obtaining preliminary approval for grid connection is an important milestone in the project's progress, marking a crucial step towards the project's grid-connected operation.
