The actual controller of Jiangxi Ganyue Expressway (600269.SH) has changed to the Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission.

Jiangxi Ganyue Expressway (600269.SH) announced that on November 18, 2025, the company received a notice from the Provincial Transportation Investment Group informing them that, with the approval of the Jiangxi Provincial Government, the Provincial Department of Transportation will transfer 90% of the equity of the Provincial Transportation Investment Group it holds to the Jiangxi State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (referred to as the Provincial SASAC) free of charge. Recently, the Provincial Department of Transportation and the Provincial SASAC have signed an agreement on the transfer of actual control of the company to the Provincial SASAC. The actual controller of the company will be changed to the Provincial SASAC, and the Provincial Transportation Investment Group will handle the business registration procedures for the change of ownership.
