Shun Long Holdings (00361) announced that Mr. Wang Xianshuo, Mr. Sheng Baojun, Mr. He Guangyu, and Ms. Lin Lin have resigned from their respective director positions. Therefore, (i) Mr. Wang has stepped down as an executive director; and (ii) Mr. Sheng, Mr. He, and Ms. Lin have resigned as independent non-executive directors, all effective immediately after the publication on December 24, 2025.
