Zhejiang Merchants Bank (02016) announced that on December 24, 2025, the Supervisory Board of the bank received a resignation report from Mr. Guo Dingfang. Mr. Guo Dingfang resigned from the positions of Chairman of the Seventh Session of the Supervisory Board, Staff Supervisor, and Member of the Supervisory Board Nomination Committee due to job changes. These resignations took effect upon the delivery of the resignation report to the Supervisory Board.

China Zheshang Bank (02016) announced that on December 24, 2025, the board of supervisors received Mr. Guo Dingfang's resignation report.
