Tianjin Development (00882) announced that on December 24, 2025, Li Sheng Pharmaceutical (an indirectly non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) entered into the 12th ICBC wealth management agreement with Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, subscribing to another structured deposit with a principal amount of RMB 85 million (equivalent to approximately HKD 93.4066 million).
