FUSEN PHARM (01652) announced that due to the inability of the board of directors to reach an agreement with KPMG Accountants (KPMG) on the proposed audit fees for the comprehensive financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, KPMG has resigned as the company's auditor, effective from December 24, 2025. Upon the recommendation of the audit committee, Zhengzheng Tianheng Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. (Zhengzheng Tianheng) has been appointed as the new auditor of the company to fill the interim vacancy left by KPMG's departure, effective from December 24, 2025, and serving until the end of the company's next annual general meeting of shareholders.
