SMOORE INTL (06969) announced that the Board of Directors has appointed Ms. Wang Xin, an executive director, and Mr. Yan Xiaoying, an independent non-executive director, as new members of the Nomination Committee, effective from December 24, 2025. Mr. Zhong Shan, an independent non-executive director, has been appointed as the Chief Independent Non-executive Director, effective from December 24, 2025.
