Simore International (06969) announced that the Board of Directors appointed Ms. Wang Xin, an executive director, and Mr. Yan Xiaoying, an independent non-executive director, as new members of the Nomination Committee, effective from December 24, 2025. Mr. Zhongshan, an independent non-executive director, was appointed as the Chief Independent Non-Executive Director, effective from December 24, 2025.
