Zhongchang International (00859): Yu Dan and Ye Diqian were appointed as members of the Nomination Committee.

ZHONGCHANG INTL (00859) announced that changes to the members of the Nomination Committee will take effect from December 24, 2025: Ms. Yu Dan, a non-executive director, has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee; and Mr. Ye Diqian, an independent non-executive director, has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee. After the above changes, the Nomination Committee will consist of three independent non-executive directors (Mr. Liu Huaijing, Mr. Liu Xin, and Mr. Ye Diqian), one executive director and Chairman of the Board (Mr. Chen Zhiwei), and one non-executive director (Ms. Yu Dan). Mr. Chen Zhiwei will continue to serve as the Chairman of the Nomination Committee.
