BIOCYTOGEN-B (02315) issued a notice, according to the "Implementation Measures for Shanghai Stock Exchange Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect Business" and "Implementation Measures for Shenzhen Stock Exchange Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect Business," shares issued by the company and listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange will be included in the qualified securities under Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect and Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect (collectively referred to as "Stock Connect") effective from December 24, 2025. After the company's H shares are included in the list of securities eligible for Stock Connect, qualified investors from mainland China will be able to directly invest in the H shares of companies listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange through the Shanghai Stock Exchange and Shenzhen Stock Exchange. This move is beneficial for further expanding the company's investor base and is expected to enhance the liquidity of the company's H shares.
