As BIOCYTOGEN-B (02315) has been listed on the A-share market for more than 10 trading days and its stabilization period in the Hong Kong market has ended, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Implementation Measures of Shenzhen Stock Exchange on Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect", BaioSaitu will be included in the Hong Kong stock connect program, and the adjustment will be effective from December 24, 2025.
