Macau Success (01680) has announced that all conditions of the capital restructuring as mentioned in the circular have been met, including the approval of the special resolution on capital restructuring by the shareholders at the extraordinary general meeting and the registration of capital reduction with the Registrar of Companies in Bermuda. The capital restructuring will take effect on December 29, 2025. The new shares will start trading at 9:00 am on December 29, 2025 (Hong Kong time).
MACAU LEGEND (01680) announced that, as all conditions for the capital restructuring as described in the circular have been met, including the approval of the special resolution for the capital restructuring by the shareholders at the special general meeting and the registration of the share capital reduction with the Registrar of Companies in Bermuda, the capital restructuring will take effect on December 29, 2025.
