NOVAUTEK (00519) announced that its subsidiary, Jiangsu Nuokada Smart Driving Technology Co., Ltd. (Jiangsu Nuokada), has signed a "Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement" with Shanghai Caijing Chuangfu Science and Technology Group Co., Ltd. (Caijing Chuangfu) to jointly create a benchmark for AI + technology parks through comprehensive solutions and intelligent robots. Based on the principle of mutual benefit and win-win cooperation, the two parties will carry out the following in-depth cooperation in areas such as the landing of intelligent robot scenarios, collaborative industrial ecology, and extension of the industrial chain: 1. Implementation of smart park scenarios: Jiangsu Nuokada will provide integrated solutions for intelligent robots including security, cleaning, and handling based on the site resources and operational needs of Caijing Chuangfu parks, and conduct scenario verification in the park. Subsequently, the cooperation will be further expanded to the entire park and gradually extended to other parks. 2. Co-construction of AI RaaS intelligent body and overseas center: Jiangsu Nuokada will provide technical support and consultation, while Caijing Chuangfu will integrate demands, connect resources, and seek policy support. Leveraging Jiangsu Nuokada's global sales network, one-stop services such as overseas connection and operation landing will be provided for park enterprises. 3. Industrial ecology and investment incubation linkage: The two parties will share project resources, with Jiangsu Nuokada having priority investment rights in high-potential incubated enterprises in the park; providing AI RaaS intelligent body technology, industrial mentors, and supply chain partner resources to empower incubated enterprises. This cooperation will help validate and scale the group's intelligent robot technology in science and technology parks, strengthen international business advantages through the co-construction of the product overseas center, enhance brand influence at home and abroad, and accumulate high-quality resources for long-term development through investment and incubation linkage.
