Tianlong Group (300063.SZ) announced that its controlling subsidiary, Guangdong Tianlong Fine Chemical Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Tianlong Fine Chemical"), recently conducted a self-inspection on tax-related matters as required by the tax authorities. After the inspection, Tianlong Fine Chemical was required to pay a total of 8.67 million yuan in overdue taxes and fines, including 5.4427 million yuan in value-added tax and surcharges, and 3.2273 million yuan in fines. As of the date of the announcement, the above-mentioned taxes and fines have been fully paid, and the tax authorities have not imposed any penalties on the matter.
