PATEO (02889) announced that Dr. Wang Yanfeng submitted his resignation as an independent non-executive director and chairman of the Board Remuneration Committee to the company on December 23, 2025, effective from December 23, 2025. Mr. Wang Yue also resigned from his position as a non-executive director to the company on December 23, 2025, effective from the same date. On December 23, 2025, the board of directors nominated Dr. Gu Jinyu and Dr. Huang Xiaolin as candidates for the second term of the Board of Directors as independent non-executive directors, with their term starting from the date of approval by the shareholders' meeting until the end of the second term of the Board of Directors.
