New Frontier Medicine (06108) announced that the conditions of the placement agreement have been met and the placement matters specified in the agreement will be completed on December 23, 2025. A total of 33.32 million shares (approximately 16.66% of the issued share capital of the Company as of the date of this announcement) have been placed at a price of HK$0.225 per share to no fewer than six placing agents. The net proceeds from the placement are approximately HK$7.4 million.

NEW RAY MEDIC (06108) announced that the conditions of the allotment matters as stated in the subscription agreement have been met and completed on December 23, 2025 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement. A total of 33.32 million shares of allotment shares (accounting for approximately 16.66% of the issued share capital of the Company as at the date of this announcement) have been allotted to not less than six underwriters at an allotment price of HK$0.225 per share. The net proceeds from the allotment matters are approximately HK$7.4 million.
