New Frontier Medicine (06108) announced that the conditions of the placement agreement have been met and the placement matters specified in the agreement will be completed on December 23, 2025. A total of 33.32 million shares (approximately 16.66% of the issued share capital of the Company as of the date of this announcement) have been placed at a price of HK$0.225 per share to no fewer than six placing agents. The net proceeds from the placement are approximately HK$7.4 million.
