The Dragon Emperor Group (08493) announced that on December 23, 2025, its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhilong (as tenant), entered into a lease agreement with GentleForest (as landlord) for the property at G/F and staircase premises at 153 Laundry Street, Kowloon. The lease agreement will be effective from January 1, 2026 for a period of two years, for the purpose of the Group reopening a new "Dragon Emperor" restaurant.
DRAGON KING GP (08493) announced that on December 23, 2025, its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhilong (as tenant), entered into a lease agreement with GentleForest (as landlord) for the property at Shop 153, Ground Floor and Staircase Landing in Kowloon Laundry Street. The lease is for a period of two years starting from January 1, 2026, for the purpose of reopening the new "Dragon King" restaurant within the group. Different from the group's previous restaurant located in a shopping center in Wan Chai commercial area, this property is situated in a prime location in Mong Kok with higher foot traffic, attracting a diverse range of customers from different social backgrounds and benefiting from a larger number of tourists. As the existing layout, facilities, and decoration of the property are in good condition, only minor preparations are needed before commencing operations to achieve a quick and cost-effective opening. The group plans to operate the new restaurant under the brand name "Mong Kok (Dragon King) Seafood Restaurant," offering Cantonese cuisine featuring fresh seafood, soups, and delicate stir-fries suitable for group dining, corporate events, and small private dining occasions. It is expected that "Mong Kok (Dragon King) Seafood Restaurant" will open within January 2026.
