Fulcrum Holdings (00607) announced that, upon the recommendation of the Company's Audit Committee, the Board of Directors has decided to appoint Po Chun Certified Public Accountants Limited (Po Chun) as the new auditor of the Company, until the end of the next annual general meeting of shareholders. This appointment is subject to approval by the shareholders at a special meeting.
