XIKANG CLOUD (09686) announced that Dr. Chen Yan, an independent non-executive director, has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee of the Board of Directors, while Dr. Qi Guoxian, an independent non-executive director, will no longer serve as a member of the Nomination Committee, effective from December 23, 2025.
