Taiji Group (600129.SH) announced that, in order to focus on its main business, increase the cleaning of "two debts and two non-debts" enterprises, and enhance management efficiency, its wholly-owned subsidiary Fuling Pharmaceutical Factory plans to publicly transfer 40% of its shares in Aida Company through listing transfer. The listing transfer price for this transaction is based on an evaluation value of 108,000 yuan. The initial listing transfer price is 108,000 yuan, and the final transaction amount is subject to the actual transaction price.
