According to the prospectus, Chang Le Holdings is a construction and decoration contractor based in Singapore, specializing in building construction projects including building construction, maintenance and decoration works, as well as renovation and addition works. During the past performance period, the group mainly acted as a main contractor and engaged in building construction such as residential buildings, apartment buildings, and show houses. The group also engaged in maintenance and decoration works related to residential buildings in the public sector, as well as renovation and addition works for existing buildings and facilities (such as factory buildings). Chang Le Holdings currently holds a GB1 license issued by the Building and Construction Authority, allowing it to undertake general building construction projects in Singapore.
