PROSPEROUSPRINT (08385) announced that on December 22, 2025 (after trading hours), its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary Jade View Limited (Jade View) has entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with IPRO LINK FINANCIAL PRESS LIMITED (iPro Link). According to the strategic agreement, the parties will establish a preliminary three-year strategic partnership to leverage each other's complementary strengths, integrate the group's professional capabilities in the printing industry and design services with iPro Link's large customer base, thereby expanding the market influence of both parties in their respective industries and seizing new opportunities emerging in the rapidly developing printing industry. As part of the cooperation, iPro Link will engage Jade View to handle all its existing and future printing and design projects, while Jade View promises to provide timely services and competitive pricing to iPro Link.
