Jiangsu Hongxin (02625) announced that Mr. Lin Jiade has resigned from the positions of independent non-executive director, chairman of the board's audit committee, member of the remuneration committee, and member of the nomination committee; and Mr. Zhu Bo has resigned from the positions of independent non-executive director, member of the audit committee, member of the remuneration committee, and member of the nomination committee.

At the board meeting held on December 22, 2025, Ms. Jia Meng was nominated to serve as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the audit committee, and a member of the remuneration committee and nomination committee; and Ms. Zhang Yan was nominated to serve as an independent non-executive director, and a member of the audit committee, remuneration committee, and nomination committee.
