Geely Auto (00175) completes privatization of Jikitai.
Geely Automobile (00175) announced that all preconditions for the transactions envisaged under the merger agreement (including privatization and merger matters) have been met, and the related transactions were completed on December 22, 2025. After the completion of the transactions envisaged under the merger agreement: under the privatization arrangement, the Company has acquired all issued and outstanding Jia Ke shares and Jia Ke American depositary shares. According to the merger matters, the merged subsidiary has merged with Jia Ke, while Jia Ke continues to operate as a going concern. Therefore, Jia Ke has been privatized and become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, and has delisted from the NYSE.

Therefore, Jike has been privatized as a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company and delisted from the NYSE.
