Sino-Ocean Group Holdings Limited (002016.SZ) announced the issuance of a proposal to issue convertible corporate bonds to specific investors. The issuance of this convertible bond is limited to no more than 35 (including 35) specific investors who meet the conditions set by the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The total amount of funds raised will not exceed 550 million yuan (including this amount), and the net proceeds after deducting issuance expenses will be used entirely for the Sino-Ocean Hankeng Garden project in Zhuhai.
