STAR CM (06698) announcement that Ms. Liang Yingxian (Ms. Liang) has resigned as the co-company secretary of the Company, the authorized representative of the Company under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and the authorized representative of the Company for the purpose of receiving legal process and notices in Hong Kong in accordance with the Company's Articles of Association (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) (legal process agent), and will no longer serve as co-company secretary, authorized representative under the Listing Rules and legal process agent from December 28, 2025; Ms. Wang Yan (Ms. Wang) has resigned as co-company secretary, and will no longer serve as co-company secretary from December 28, 2025; and Ms. Zheng Li, who has the necessary qualifications and experience required under Rules 3.28 and 8.17 of the Listing Rules, has been appointed as the sole company secretary of the Company, the authorized representative under the Listing Rules, and the legal process agent of the Company, effective from December 28, 2025.
