Zhengwei Group (02147) announced that, as all conditions for the stock merger have been met, the stock merger will take effect on December 29, 2025 (Monday). Shareholders please note that after the stock merger takes effect, the company will issue new green stocks, and existing blue stocks will no longer be valid for delivery, trading, and settlement purposes after 4:10 p.m. on February 2, 2026 (Monday), but will still be valid as proof of legal ownership.
