HPC HOLDINGS (01742) intends to appoint Zhao Wenyao as an independent non-executive director.

HPC Holdings (01742) announced that Mr. Yin Yunliang (Mr. Yin) has submitted his resignation letter to the Board of Directors. Due to other work commitments, he will resign as an independent non-executive director, as well as no longer serving as the Chairman of the Company's Remuneration Committee, and as a member of the Company's Audit Committee and Nomination Committee, all effective from December 31, 2025. The Board is pleased to propose the appointment of Mr. Zhao Wenyao (Mr. Zhao) as an independent non-executive director, and as a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, and Remuneration Committee (referred to as "this appointment"), as well as the proposed appointment of Ms. Chen Liping as the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, all effective from December 31, 2025.
