HPC Holdings (01742) announced that Mr. Yin Yunliang (Mr. Yin) has submitted his resignation letter to the board of directors. Due to other work commitments, he will resign from his position as an independent non-executive director, as well as from his roles as the chairman of the company's remuneration committee, a member of the company's audit committee, and a member of the company's nomination committee, all effective from December 31, 2025.

The Board is pleased to propose the appointment of Mr. Zhao Wenyao (Mr. Zhao) as an independent non-executive director, and as a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, and Remuneration Committee (referred to as "this appointment"), as well as the proposed appointment of Ms. Chen Liping as the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, all effective from December 31, 2025.
