Dongjiang Group Holdings (02283) announced that Mr. Lou Gongshan has been appointed as the Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Group, and also nominated as a member of the Remuneration Committee, effective as of January 1, 2026; and Mr. Weng Jianxiang has resigned as the Company's Chief Executive Officer, but will continue to serve as an Executive Director.
TK Group Holdings (02283) announced that Mr. Lo Kong Sun has been appointed as the Group's Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer, and has also been nominated to be a member of the Compensation Committee, effective from January 1, 2026; and Mr. Wong Kin Heung has resigned as the company's Chief Executive Officer, but will continue to serve as an Executive Director.
