China Nuclear Engineering Corporation (601611.SH) issued an announcement that, in order to further reduce the asset-liability ratio and optimize the capital structure, the company's subsidiaries China Nuclear Second and Third, China Nuclear Second and Fourth, China Nuclear Huaxing, China Nuclear Fifth Company, and China Nuclear Huachen plan to introduce Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) Investment through non-public agreement for capital increase, with a total increase amount of 5 billion yuan.
China Nuclear Engineering Corporation (601611.SH) announced that, in order to further reduce its asset-liability ratio and optimize its capital structure, its subsidiaries CNPEC 23, CNPEC 24, CNPEC Huaxing, CNPEC 5, and CNPEC Huachen plan to introduce Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) as an investor through a non-public agreement to increase their capital, with a total investment of 5 billion yuan. Among them, CNPEC 23 will receive a capital increase of 1.5 billion yuan, with ICBC holding 17.32% of the shares after the increase; CNPEC 24 will receive a capital increase of 800 million yuan, with ICBC holding 18.96% of the shares after the increase; CNPEC Huaxing will receive a capital increase of 1.5 billion yuan, with ICBC holding 10.60% of the shares after the increase; CNPEC 5 will receive a capital increase of 800 million yuan, with ICBC holding 22.25% of the shares after the increase; and CNPEC Huachen will receive a capital increase of 400 million yuan, with ICBC holding 45.93% of the shares after the increase. After this transaction is completed, the company will still hold the actual controlling stake in these five target companies.
