Xingming Holdings (08425) announced that due to the inability of the Company to reach a consensus with Ten11 Hong Kong Certified Public Accountants (Ten11) on the audit fees for the comprehensive financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2026, Ten11 has resigned as the Company's auditor, effective from December 22, 2025.
HING MING HLDGS (08425) announced that due to the inability to reach an agreement with Tianzhi Hong Kong Certified Public Accountants (Tianzhi) on the audit fees for the comprehensive financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2026, Tianzhi has resigned as the company's auditor, effective on December 22, 2025.
After considering the recommendations of the Audit Committee, the Board further announced that the Board has approved the appointment of Orab International Certified Public Accountants (Orab International) as the new auditor of the company to fill the temporary vacancy created by Tianzhi's resignation, effective on December 22, 2025, and to serve until the end of the next Annual General Meeting of the companys shareholders.
