CMSC(06099): Li Delin appointed as the Chairman of the Risk Management Committee.

CMSC (06099) announced that at the meeting of the board of directors held on December 22, 2025, it was decided to appoint Mr. Li Delin as a member of the Board's Strategic and Sustainable Development Committee and Compensation and Assessment Committee, and to appoint Mr. Li Delin as the Chairman of the Risk Management Committee. Mr. Ma Xiaoli was also appointed as a member of the Risk Management Committee.
