TESSON HOLDINGS (01201) reaches strategic cooperation with ACCESS TIME and Zhonghui Wisdom to land in Hong Kong.
Tianchen Holdings (01201) announced that the company has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Fujian Times Cloud Technology Co., Ltd. (Times Cloud), a company focused on research and industrialization of new energy storage applications in China, and Zhonghui Smart Technology Co., Ltd. (Zhonghui Smart), a company primarily operating ultra-fast charging stations for electric vehicles in Hong Kong.
TESSON HOLDINGS (01201) announced that the company has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Fujian Timesky Cloud Technology Co., Ltd. (Timesky Cloud), a company in China focusing on the research and industrialization of new energy storage applications, and with Zhonghui Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (Zhonghui Intelligent), a company in Hong Kong mainly operating ultra-fast charging stations for electric vehicles.
The purpose of this strategic cooperation is to introduce Timesky Cloud's globally pioneering integrated zero-carbon microgrid advanced energy storage application business model into Hong Kong, build high-power charging facilities with battery health performance testing technology leading the world, and establish a city-level zero-carbon industrial internet ecosystem service platform in Hong Kong. This move will provide the strongest safety and technology guarantee for the development of electric vehicles in Hong Kong, and gradually establish a battery asset big data and power battery aftermarket service system from multiple dimensions such as battery safety, battery efficiency, and battery asset management.
The introduction of battery testing technology is expected to bring industrial development opportunities for the cascaded utilization of power batteries in Hong Kong. The company plans to first invest in high-speed charging piles with advanced testing technology and functions through Zhonghui Intelligent's charging stations in Hong Kong to achieve synchronous battery testing during charging. Additionally, the company will invest in establishing corresponding facilities for battery disassembly and safe storage, and invest in building a complete power battery aftermarket service system.
Cascaded utilization of power batteries refers to the process where power batteries recycled from electric vehicles do not directly enter battery degradation factories, but are reused in various energy storage facilities, low-speed electric vehicles, and electric tool vehicles after processes such as dismantling, screening, grinding, sorting, recombination, balancing, and testing. After multiple uses, the power batteries will eventually enter the degradation factories. This approach extends the battery life, maximizes the value of battery use, and achieves the goals of resource recycling and green low-carbon development.
