CGN POWER (01816): Construction of Unit 2 in Lufeng has commenced.

China General Nuclear Power Corporation Limited (01816) announced that the Lufeng 2 unit of its subsidiary company, CGN Lufeng Nuclear Power Co., Ltd., has completed the first concrete pouring of the primary containment structure for the nuclear reactor on December 22, 2025. This marks the commencement of the full-scale construction of the Lufeng 2 unit and its entry into the civil construction phase. The installed capacity of the Lufeng 2 unit is 1245MW.

CGN POWER (01816) announced that the No. 2 unit of CGN Lufeng Nuclear Power Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the company, conducted the first concrete pouring (FCD) of the main reactor building on December 22, 2025. The No. 2 unit of Lufeng has officially entered the comprehensive construction phase and is now in the civil construction stage. The installed capacity of the No. 2 unit of Lufeng is 1245MW.
