In order to fully utilize the idle funds of the group for better returns, on December 22, 2025, the company's subsidiary Hangzhou Xingrun and China Minsheng Bank signed a structured deposit product agreement. According to this agreement, Hangzhou Xingrun agreed to use internal funds of the group to subscribe to RMB 24.8 million in structured deposit products from China Minsheng Bank.
