New Stock Update | Rui Pai Pet Hospital Files for Listing on Hong Kong Stock Exchange
According to the disclosure by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on December 22, Raypet Pet Hospital Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Raypet Pet Hospital) has submitted an application for listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with China International Capital Corporation Limited (CICC) as the sole sponsor.
According to the disclosure by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on December 22, Rui Pai Pet Hospital Management Co., Ltd. (Rui Pai Pet Hospital) has submitted an application for listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with CICC as the exclusive sponsor. According to the report by Zhoushi Consulting, as of June 30, 2025, with a scale of 548 operating pet hospitals, the company has become the second largest pet medical service provider in China. These hospitals include 120 self-built hospitals and 428 acquired hospitals, spread across mainland China and Hong Kong, covering approximately 70 cities in 28 provinces.
According to the prospectus, the company is a national chain of pet medical institutions, dedicated to providing high-standard diagnosis and treatment as well as lifelong health management services for pet owners and their pets with a focus on professionalism, dedication, and expertise.
