Ningbo Huaxiang Electronic (002048.SZ) announced on December 22, 2025, that its subsidiary Ningbo Huaxiang Electronic Qiyuan Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Huaxiang Qiyuan") has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Shenzhen Dahuan Siasun Robot & Automation Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Dahuan Siasun Robot & Automation"). The agreement aims to accelerate the construction of a general Siasun Robot & Automation industry, promote the dual drive of demonstration of general Siasun Robot & Automation supply and product innovation, and strengthen cooperation in the research and development, manufacturing, and sales of general humanoid Siasun Robot & Automation, based on the principles of compliance with laws, complementary advantages, friendly negotiations, and mutual benefit. With the mission of "promoting the widespread use of intelligent Siasun Robot & Automation in various industries," Huaxiang Qiyuan has been focusing on the manufacturing of intelligent Siasun Robot & Automation since its establishment.
