On the news front, CCIAM FUTURE EN announced that on December 19, it will issue approximately 122 million shares on the basis of one share for every two shares held as of the record date for the rights issue. It is worth noting that in October this year, the company announced plans to issue a rights issue of approximately 18.62% at a ratio of "2 for 1", raising a maximum net amount of approximately HK$17 million; in early December, the company announced that approximately 20.98% of the rights issue had been successfully accepted.
