In terms of news, Kangning Jeri Pharmaceuticals announced that JSKN003 has been granted breakthrough therapy designation by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the treatment of platinum-resistant recurrent epithelial ovarian cancer, primary peritoneal cancer or fallopian tube cancer in adult patients who have previously received treatment with trastuzumab and have expression levels of human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (IHC 1+, 2+ and 3+). Sinolink released a research report stating that JSKN003 is a company-developed HER2 bispecific ADC. The product's Phase III clinical trials for multiple indications are progressing orderly in China: in the indication of platinum-resistant ovarian cancer in the entire population, its efficacy and safety have shown characteristics superior to Enhertu, with data expected to be completed and reported by 2027; an NDA for 2L HER2-positive breast cancer is expected to be submitted to the CDE by 2026; and a Phase III clinical trial for HER2-positive metastatic colorectal cancer in China is expected to be initiated in October 2025. The report predicts that sales for JSKN003 in 2027/28/29 are expected to be 0.05/0.57/1.08 billion yuan.
