DL HOLDINGS GP (01709) rose more than 4%, closing at a 4.46% increase, at 1.64 Hong Kong dollars, with a trading volume of 34.4494 million Hong Kong dollars. On the news front, recently, DL HOLDINGS GP announced that the company is actively developing and expanding its institutional-level bitcoin mining business by deploying efficient mining hardware at selected overseas mines in the United States, Oman, and Paraguay. In addition to the completion of the acquisition of 2995 bitcoin mining machines with a total hash rate of approximately 1.060 EH/s from Bitmain and the ongoing acquisition of 2200 bitcoin mining machines with a total hash rate of approximately 1.040 EH/s from Evergreen Wealth Investment Limited, the Group has purchased a total of 4000 Antminer S21 XP Hyd bitcoin mining machines (additional bitcoin mining machines) from three third-party suppliers independent of the company and its related parties (as defined in the Listing Rules) and with no connection to them. Each machine has a rated hash rate of approximately 473 TH/s and is currently deployed at a bitcoin mining facility in Oklahoma, USA (subsequent acquisition). The total hash rate of the additional bitcoin mining machines is approximately 1.892 EH/s, with an estimated total power load of approximately 23 MW based on an energy efficiency of about 12 J/TH. The total cost of the additional bitcoin mining machines is approximately $39.2 million, which will be funded by the net proceeds from the placement completed by the Group in November 2025 and the proceeds from the subscription for old shares before new shares. The total daily bitcoin production estimate from the bitcoin mining machines that the Group has acquired and is acquiring can reach approximately 1.71 bitcoins under the current network conditions.
